The device uses equipment that currently exists on police vehicles such as the antenna and laptop.

The software that Safety Blue Alert uses is easily loaded on to any computing device such as Getac, Panasonic, Dell or Zebra, that is used by a municipality.

Safety Blue Alert’s monitoring device is designed to look like the antennas that are actively being used by the police force.

The device will be mounted on the vehicle in location (A) and have an area of detection as shown on the left.

Through the software application, an officer will be able to:

Start recording live video.
Set the device to alert them of an approaching person or object.
Calibrate the device to current conditions.
Communicate with the vehicle to potentially activate lights and/or sirens.
Many other additional features are being developed and can be customized.
